Title:
THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/086271
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a thermoelectric conversion element and a thermoelectric conversion module that are capable of efficiently generating power by preventing heat from being accumulated on a cooling side even in natural air cooling. The present invention has: a substrate having a sheet-like low heat conductive part, a first high heat conductive part, and a second high heat conductive part; a thermoelectric conversion layer provided on the substrate; a covering layer covering the thermoelectric conversion layer; a third high heat conductive part that is provided on the covering layer, that has a higher heat conductivity than the covering layer, and that does not completely overlapped with the first high heat conductive part in a plane direction; and a pair of electrodes. The second high heat conductive part is thinner than the first high heat conductive part, separated from the first high heat conductive part in the plane direction, and at least partially overlaps with the thermoelectric conversion layer and the third high heat conductive part.
