This thermoelectric conversion element module (101) is provided with: a thermoelectric conversion element (10) which comprises a heat receiving unit (3) that is arranged to be able to come into contact with a heat source, and which has a first surface (10a) and a second surface (10b) so that the first surface (10a) is in contact with the heat receiving unit (3); and a heat dissipation unit (5) which is arranged to be in contact with the second surface (10b), and which has an internal space (21).
