Abstract:
For the purpose of providing an Fe2TiSi system full-Heusler thermoelectric conversion material having a high dimensionless performance index ZT, a full-Heusler thermoelectric conversion material according to the present invention comprises secondary crystal grains 101 having an Fe2TiSi system composition and coating layers 102 that cover the peripheries of the secondary crystal grains 101 and are mainly composed of an element other than Fe, Ti and Si. The coating layers 102 have a composition which is able to be solid-solved in a crystal structure having an Fe2TiSi system composition, and which contains an element that has a lower electrical resistivity than the secondary crystal grains 101.
