Title:
THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/058523
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A thermoelectric conversion module according to the present invention comprises: a substrate having a first main surface and a second main surface; a thermoelectric conversion unit positioned on the first main surface; and a first heat conducting part and a second heat conducting part that are positioned on the second main surface and adjacent along a first direction. The thermoelectric conversion unit has a p-type thermoelectric conversion element and an n-type thermoelectric conversion element aligned along the first direction. A first end part of the p-type thermoelectric conversion element in the first direction contacts a first end part of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element in the first direction. In a thickness direction of the substrate, the first heat conducting part overlaps a second end part of the p-type thermoelectric conversion element, and the second heat conducting part overlaps a second end part of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element. The thickness of the n-type thermoelectric conversion element and the thickness of the p-type thermoelectric conversion element are both 3-30 µm, and an interval between the first heat conducting part and the second heat conducting part in the first direction is 3-15 mm.
