Abstract:
Provided is a thermoelectric conversion module which has excellent stress relaxation properties, while ensuring heat resistance. A thermoelectric conversion module wherein: electrodes arranged on the high-temperature side and the low-temperature side and a P-type thermoelectric element and an N-type thermoelectric element are mechanically and electrically connected to each other, with a bonding layer being interposed therebetween; at least a first layer serving as the center layer in the high-temperature-side bonding layer is configured from Al, Ni or Ti; and second layers that sandwich the first layer contain at least Ni.
