Abstract:
Provided is a thermoelectric conversion module which is capable of ensuring high reliability and power generation performance even in an environment where a thermal stress is generated and in an environment where a vibration or impact is applied thereto. In order to solve the above-described problem, an electrode is configured of a stress relaxation part on which a P-type thermoelectric conversion element 11 and an N-type thermoelectric conversion element 12 are mounted and a metal sealing part 24 on which the P-type thermoelectric conversion element 11 and the N-type thermoelectric conversion element 12 are not mounted; and the stress relaxation part is formed to have a larger thickness than the metal sealing part 24. In addition, the stress relaxation part is formed of a stress relaxation material 22 which is formed from a metal fiber or a foam metal, and which is sealed by a first metal material 21 and a second metal material 23.
