Abstract:
Provided is a thermoelectric conversion module which achieves, in the vicinity of an element/high-temperature-side electrode bonded part, stress relaxation or strain relaxation within the element and at the bonded part, on which a stress is concentrated. A thermoelectric conversion module wherein electrodes arranged on the high-temperature side and the low-temperature side and P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion elements are connected with each other, with a bonding layer being interposed therebetween, is characterized in that the area where the P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion elements are bonded with the high-temperature-side electrode is smaller than the area where P-type and N-type thermoelectric conversion elements are bonded with the low-temperature-side electrode. For this reason, an incision part is formed by removing the outer periphery of the high-temperature-side bonded part of each thermoelectric conversion element or a portion of the high-temperature-side electrode facing the outer periphery of the high-temperature-side bonded part of each thermoelectric conversion element.
