Abstract:
A thermoelectric conversion module (10, 10A, 10B) comprises: a plurality of disposed thermoelectric conversion elements (100); electrodes (200) that are disposed so as to link mutually adjacent thermoelectric conversion elements; and joining layers (120) that are formed between the thermoelectric conversion elements and the electrodes. A permeation prevention coating (300) for preventing the permeation of oxygen is formed so as to cover the entire surface of at least the thermoelectric conversion elements and the joining layers.
