Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a thermoelectric conversion module that has improved thermoelectric conversion efficiency and a widened selection of materials, and that can be made compact and enables realization of low cost. [Solution] Numerous fluid passing openings 20 are formed in thermoelectric conversion elements 2A, 2B. On each of both opening surfaces 21 for the fluid passing openings 20, a first region R1 through which a first fluid is allowed to pass and a second region R2 through which a second fluid having a higher temperature or a lower temperature than the first fluid is allowed to pass or in which the second fluid flows along the surface, are set. This thermoelectric conversion module is provided with: a first flow path 31 which connects the first regions R1, facing each other, of adjacent ones of the thermoelectric conversion elements 2A, 2B, and through which the first fluid is sequentially supplied to the first regions of the thermoelectric conversion elements; and a second flow path 32 which connects the second regions R2, facing each other, of the adjacent ones of the thermoelectric conversion elements, and through which the second fluid is sequentially supplied to the second regions of the thermoelectric conversion elements.
