Abstract:
A thermoelectric conversion system based on solid state nanopores, the thermoelectric system being a closed system comprising a container, the container being divided into two parts by a polymer thin film having a tapered pore array; one part is filled with a high temperature electrolyte solution containing waste thermal energy and the other part is filled with a low temperature electrolyte solution; electrodes are arranged in the two parts of the container, and are connected by wires; the diameter of the large opening end of the tapered pores is 300-1000 nano metres, and the diameter of the small opening end is 6-210 nano metres, the pore density being 0.5 x 106-1.5 x 106cm-2; the large opening end of the tapered pores of the polymer thin film having a tapered pore array corresponds to the high temperature electrolyte solution, and the small opening end corresponds to the low temperature electrolyte solution. The thermoelectric conversion system is structurally simple and the material is easy to obtain; the device is lightweight and flexible, is suitable for use in various practical conditions, and is clean and environmentally friendly, there being no pollution problems from the construction of the device to the practical application thereof.
