Abstract:
A thermoelectric decoupling peak load regulating system, comprising a thermal power plant steam pump heating network system (20), a pipeline network system, a power grid, a power plant peak load regulating control platform (15), a heating network heat storage and release operations management platform (18), and at least one of a circulating water waste heat recovery heat pump system (21) and an electric boiler heating system (22). When the power grid and the power plant peak load regulating control platform (15) of the thermoelectric decoupling peak load regulating system send a peak load regulating instruction, a power plant starts an electric boiler and a circulating water heat pump to convert electrical energy into heat energy and to send the heat energy to a pipeline network. The heating network storage and release operations management platform (18) is responsible for controlling an overall temperature rise of a primary pipeline network and a secondary pipeline network so that the pipeline network stores heat. The heat pump and the electric boiler consume electricity resulting from discarded wind power and photoelectric power and peak load regulating, such that the thermal power plant can perform thermoelectric decoupling and can perform deep peak load regulating during pure condensing operations. Not only can a thermal power plant receive subsidies through deep peak load regulation, but also, by using the pipeline network to store heat, safety of heating can be ensured.
