Abstract:
A thermoelectric power generation device equipped with a tube (7) having a first fluid flowing therethrough, and a power generation module (1) having a thermoelectric conversion element (2) therein. The thermoelectric power generation device is further equipped with holding members (3, 4) that are in contact with one lateral section of the power generation module such that the heat from a second fluid that is warmer than the first fluid transfers to the one lateral section of the power generation module. The holding members hold the power generation module and the tube in a heat transferable state such that the tube is in contact with the other lateral section of the power generation module. The thermoelectric power generation device is further equipped with a thermally-conductive member (6) which is provided upstream of the thermoelectric conversion element in the direction in which the second fluid flows, and forms a heat transfer channel that is sandwiched between the holding members and the tube, and transfers heat from the second fluid to the first fluid.
