Disclosed is a thermometer for continuous temperature measurement. The thermometer comprises a bottom shell, a top shell and a body temperature measurement sensor, wherein the body temperature measurement sensor is arranged above the bottom shell, and the position of the bottom shell that is opposite the body temperature measurement sensor is provided with a hole. The thermometer further comprises a power supply, a heating controller, a first heat insulating layer and a heating layer, wherein the first heat insulating layer and the heating layer are arranged in sequence between the body temperature measurement sensor and the top shell, the heating controller is used for controlling the heating layer to heat, and the power supply is used for supplying power to the controller and the heating layer. By means of the heating layer and the heat insulating layer provided in the present invention, during temperature measurement, the body temperature measurement sensor is always in stable temperature distribution without being affected by an external ambient temperature; in addition, external heat dissipation of a measured part is reduced so that a testee's arm can be moved freely and does not need to be clamped all the time; and a temperature measurement result of the thermometer can also meet the requirements of medical accuracy.
