Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a thermoplastic alloy material, the use thereof in the preparation of a plastic mold, and a hand mold prepared therefrom, which belong to the technical field of polymer materials. The thermoplastic alloy material comprises, in parts by weight, the following components: 60-90 parts of a first polymer; 10-40 parts of a second polymer; 0-30 parts of glass fibers; and 0-5 parts of a hydrophilic modifier. A resin base material of the thermoplastic alloy material of the present invention consists of the acid- and base-resistant first polymer and the hydrophilic second polymer. By means of the synergistic effect of combining same with the glass fibers, the hydrophilic modifier, etc., the wettability and the acid and base resistance of the thermoplastic alloy material are effectively improved such that the requirement of repeated cleaning during the use process of a plastic hand mold can be satisfied. The plastic hand mold material prepared from the thermoplastic alloy material can have a surface tension of 40 or more, has good hydrophilicity and good acid and base resistance, and is easy to clean; and the hand mold can be repeatedly cleaned and used for up to 4 years.
