Disclosed is an acrylic block copolymer composition having improved melt fluidity at molding and excellent heat resistance while maintaining weather resistance, chemical resistance, adhesiveness, flexibility and wear resistance as characteristics of an acrylic block copolymer. Specifically disclosed is a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising an acrylic block copolymer (A) which is composed of a methacrylic polymer block (a) and an acrylic polymer block (b) wherein at least one of the methacrylic polymer block (a) and acrylic polymer block (b) has a functional group (X) and a compound (B) having at least 1.1 or more functional groups (Y) in one molecule.
