Disclosed is a thermoplastic polymer composition having excellent flexibility, mechanical characteristics, and moldability, and even without carrying out primer processing or the like, can adhere to ceramics, metals, and synthetic resins even by means of thermal processing at a low temperature (for example, 190°C). Further disclosed is a molded article obtained using said thermoplastic polymer composition. Specifically, the thermoplastic polymer composition contains 1-100 masses of a polyvinyl acetal resin (B), 5-100 masses of a polar-group-containing olefin-based copolymer (C), and 0.1-300 masses of a softening agent (D) for every 100 masses of a block copolymer—having a polymer block containing an aromatic vinyl compound unit and a polymer block containing a conjugate diene compound unit—or a thermoplastic elastomer that is the hydrogenation product thereof (A).
