Abstract:
Disclosed are a thermoplastic polyolefin material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. A cyclic olefin copolymer is used as a matrix, and a flat glass fiber and a hydrophilic modifier are added, such that the heat resistance and rigidity of the material are improved. The hydrophilic modifier and the flat glass fiber form a synergistic effect, such that the hydrophilic wetting effect of the surface of the material can be improved. A plastic hand mold can be further prepared. The obtained plastic hand mold has excellent heat resistance properties, low specific gravity, high surface hydrophilicity and good wettability, and can uniformly soak nitrile butadiene latex or latex , such that produced gloves have uniform thickness, excellent performance, and high yield. In addition, the adhesion of the plastic hand mold to the gloves and the easy-to-clean performance of the plastic hand mold are both significantly better than those of a ceramic hand mold, and materials can be reused, such that the environmental protection property of the hand mold is significantly improved, and the use cost of the hand mold is greatly reduced. The weight of the plastic hand mold is significantly lower than that of an ordinary ceramic hand mold, such that power consumption of a glove production line can be significantly reduced.
