Abstract:
Provided are a thermoplastic resin composition having improved tensile elongation and a method for producing same, a molded article and a method for manufacturing same, and a modifying agent and a modification method. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the tensile elongation of a polyolefin resin. This composition contains a first polyolefin resin (A) having an Mn less than 350,000, a second polyolefin resin (B) having an Mn not less than 350,000, a polyamide resin (C) having a structure in which the number of linear-chain carbon atoms in a hydrocarbon group interposed between adjacent amide bonds in the main chain is 5 or less, and a modified elastomer (D) having a group that is reactive with respect to said resin (C). The total amount of components (A) and (B) with respect to a total of 100 mass% of components (A)-(D) is not less than 70 mass%. The amount of component (A) with respect to a total of 100 mass% of components (A) and (B) is 50-87 mass%. The composition has a tensile elongation percentage of 50% or more.
