Abstract:
A thermoplastic sheet heater for forming a mouthpiece and a mouthpiece forming apparatus having the same are disclosed. The thermoplastic sheet heater for forming the mouthpiece comprises: a sheet supporter for supporting the thermoplastic sheet; a first heater for applying heat to the upper surface of the thermoplastic sheet from above the sheet supporter; and a second heater for applying heat to the bottom surface of the thermoplastic sheet from below the sheet supporter. The thermoplastic sheet heater for forming the mouthpiece and the mouthpiece forming apparatus having the same, according to the present invention, can minimize a temperature deviation in the thickness direction of the thermoplastic sheet, which is an object to be heated, and thus the forming stability of the thermoplastic sheet and the shape stability thereof after the sheet is formed can be greatly improved.
