Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of tablewares, and particularly, to a method for preparing a thermoresistant PLA knife/fork/spoon. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a knife/fork/spoon preform from a PLA knife/fork/spoon raw material by means of injection molding via an injection molding machine, the knife/fork/spoon preform containing PLA that is not completely crystallized; and (2) subjecting the knife/fork/spoon preform to carbon dioxide soaking treatment at constant temperature and pressure to crystallize the uncrystallized PLA in the knife/fork/spoon preform, so as to give a PLA knife/fork/spoon product with a thermal resistance of ≥65°C. The present invention further provides a thermoresistant PLA knife/fork/spoon. The knife/fork/spoon is a microfoaming product with a density reduced by 5% to 30% relative to the knife/fork/spoon preform and a thermal resistance of 65 °C or above. The thermoresistant PLA knife/fork/spoon provided herein has the advantages of resistance to high temperatures, bending and embrittlement and biodegradability, and thus represents a new generation of environment-friendly knife/fork/spoon products.
