Abstract:
Provided is a thermosensitive recording medium including a support, and a thermosensitive recording layer disposed on or above the support, wherein the thermosensitive recording layer includes a leuco dye and a color developer, a haze degree of the thermosensitive recording medium is 15 or less, and a change rate X of total light transmittance represented by Formula (1) below is 5.0% or less, X = (A－B)/A×100 Formula (1) where, in Formula (1), A is total light transmittance before heating the thermosensitive recording medium at a temperature of 90℃, and B is total light transmittance after heating the thermosensitive recording medium at a temperature of 90℃ for 1 hour.
