Abstract:
A thermosetting resin composition according to the present invention contains (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent, and (C) a high-permittivity filler, wherein: the high-permittivity filler (C) contains 50 mass% or more calcium titanate particles or 60 mass% or more strontium titanate particles out of 100 mass% solid content of the thermosetting resin composition; the epoxy resin (A) contains a biphenyl aralkyl epoxy resin and/or a biphenyl epoxy resin; the curing agent (B) contains an active ester compound (B1) and/or a phenolic curing agent (B2), the active ester compound (B1) comprising at least one species selected from active ester compounds comprising a dicyclopentadiene diphenol structure, active ester compounds comprising a naphthalene structure, active ester compounds comprising an acetylation product of phenolic novolac, and active ester compounds comprising a benzoylation product of phenolic novolac, and the phenolic curing agent (B2) comprising a biphenyl aralkyl phenolic resin and/or a phenolic novolac resin; the cured product of the thermosetting resin composition at 260°C has a flexural modulus of 50 N/mm2 to 190 N/mm2; and the thermosetting resin composition has a rectangular pressure of 0.2 MPa to 8.8 MPa. In addition, the thermosetting resin composition according to the present invention contains (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent, and (C) a high-permittivity filling agent, the epoxy resin (A) containing at least one species selected from the group consisting of bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin, naphthalene epoxy resin, dicyclopentadiene epoxy resin, glycidylamine epoxy resin, and naphthol aralkyl epoxy resin, the curing agent (B) containing an active ester curing agent (B1) and/or a phenolic curing agent (B2), and the high-permittivity filling agent (C) containing at least one species selected from calcium titanate, strontium titanate, magnesium titanate, magnesium zirconate, strontium zirconate, bismuth titanate, zirconium titanate, zinc titanate, barium zirconate, calcium zirconate titanate, lead zirconate titanate, barium magnesium niobate, and calcium zirconate.
