Title:
THERMOSETTING RESIN COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/188089
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thermosetting resin composition which does not cause environmental issues such as VOC and has excellent curability (in particular, curability at low temperatures) comparable to the case in which a diallyl phthalate monomer is used as a crosslinking agent. A thermosetting resin composition of the present invention is characterized by containing: an unsaturated polyester resin; an alicyclic polyfunctional allyl ester represented by formula (1) (in the formula, n represents an integer of 2-4, and Z is an n-valent alicyclic hydrocarbon group); one kind of initiator selected from the group consisting of peroxy ketals, peroxy esters, dialkyl peroxides, and peroxy carbonates, and having a one-minute half-life temperature in the range of 100-250°C and a molecular weight of 100-400 has excellent curability at low temperatures.
