Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a thermostat device which is easy to assemble and disassemble, light in weight, and cost-reducible. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A thermostat device comprises a thermoelement (2) for actuating a flange-like valve body (7) by advancing and retreating movement of a piston (3) which slides as temperature changes, a spring (8) placed to surround the thermoelement (2) and elastically pressed at one end against the back side of the flange-like valve (7), an upper frame (4) on which a valve seat in contact with the front side of the flange-like valve (7) is formed, and a lower frame (5) against which the other end of the spring (8) is pressed. On the upper frame (4) is formed a locking frame (4a), while on the lower frame (5) are formed locking hooks (5a) adapted to be locked to the locking frame (4a). The lower frame (4) is made of an elastic material, which allows the locking hooks (5a) to be locked and fixed by elasticity to the locking frame (4a), integrating the upper and lower frames (4, 5).
