Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To prolong the life span of parts disposed inside a thermostatic chamber
of double structure. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a thermostatic
chamber of double structure comprising first thermostatic chamber (10) equipped
with first temperature control means (11, 12, 13, 15a) so as to conduct a temperature
control at first set temperature and, disposed inside the first thermostatic
chamber (10), a second thermostatic chamber equipped with second temperature
control means (21, 22, 23, 15b) so as to conduct a temperature control at second
set temperature, wherein the first set temperature is predetermined so as to
be higher than both the second set temperature and the temperature of the environment
around the thermostatic chamber installed.
