Abstract:

A novel compound capable of serving as a pest control agent. The compound is represented by the formula [1]: [1] wherein R represents optionally substituted C_1-6 alkyl, optionally substituted C_3-8 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted phenyl, etc.; X₁, X₂, and X₃ each independently represents halogeno, C_1-3 alkyl, or C_1-3 haloalkyl and n is an integer of 0 to 3, provided that when n is an integer of 2 or larger, then the X₃'s may be the same or different; Y₁ represents nitro, cyano, halogeno, C_1-3 alkyl, etc.; Y₂ represents hydrogen, halogeno, C_1-3 alkyl, etc.; and Z represents oxygen or sulfur. Also provided is a pest control agent containing the compound as an active ingredient.
