Abstract:
A thick plate extrusion molding apparatus, comprising an extruder, an extrusion die, a three-roll forming machine (20), and a leveling device and a drafting machine disposed at a downstream part of the three-roll forming machine (20). The leveling device comprises at least one pair of compression roller sets; each of the compression roller sets has a certain surface temperature; the extruded plate material passes between the compression roller sets, so that the plate material is slowly cooled under pressure. Therefore, deformation caused if the plate material is cooled too quickly is avoided.
