Abstract:
A method by which a thin fluoropolymer film having heat resistance and nontackiness directly bonded to a base is formed thereon without impairing features of the base, such as reflecting properties and light transmission. The coating film, which comprises a continuous fluoropolymer layer directly bonded to a base, has a thickness less than 3 $g(m)m and is characterized in that the fluoropolymer has hydrophilic functional groups and a crystalline melting point of 200 °C or higher.
