Abstract:
In this thin display device provided with a speaker, a technique is provided allowing attachment of a wireless communication unit using the space in which the speaker is arranged. An IR unit (70) is arranged inside of one first speaker box (45). Specifically, a rib-form attachment arrangement unit (25) is formed in a prescribed region on the back surface of a cover main body (21). An attachment (60), where the IR unit (70) is attached, is fixed on the attachment arrangement unit (25). In the attachment (60), the IR unit (70) is attached to the tip of first and second fixing ribs (62) which extend from the attachment base (61). As a result, a transceiver element of the IR unit (70) is arranged at the very edge of an IR cover (75).
