Abstract:
In a thin-film capacitor 1, an electrode terminal layer 30 and electrode layers 11 of a capacitance part 10 are connected to each of electrode terminals 20A-20C by via conductors (i.e., a first wiring part 43A and a second wiring part 43B) provided in an insulating layer 40 along the thickness direction. The via conductors 43A, 43B allow for shortened circuit wiring along the thickness direction. In the thin-film capacitor 1, multiple terminals are provided by the plurality of electrode terminals 20A-20C, while the circuit wiring is shortened, thereby making it possible to provide a thin-film capacitor with low ESL.
