Abstract:
Disclosed is a thin film solar cell module, which has improved light use efficiency in a thin film solar cell, and which is easily manufactured.
The thin film solar cell module has a plurality of cells disposed therein, each of said cells having a transparent electrode (2), a photoelectric conversion layer (4) and a rear surface electrode (6) sequentially laminated. The thin film solar cell module has a first isolation trench (34), which has the photoelectric conversion layer removed therefrom, and a rear surface electrode isolation trench (33), said trenches being provided between a cell connecting opening (32) and a transparent electrode isolation trench (31) and between the cell connecting opening (32) and a rear surface electrode isolation trench (33), and insulating white reflecting material sections (16, 15) are formed inside of the trenches.
