Abstract:
A thin film solar cell is provided,which comprises a transparent conducting pilum,a transparent conducting layer for conducting light is plated outside the conducting pilum, and comprises at least one inner electrode in it.And the surface of the transparent conducting layer is plated at least one middle reacting layer,outside which is plated a reflective lighttight layer,and the reflective layer comprises at least one outer electrode in it.The thin film solar cell can improve the area for accepting light and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
