Abstract:
A thin film transistor array substrate (100) and liquid crystal display panel (10). The thin film transistor array substrate (100) comprises: a substrate (110); a light blocking layer (120) disposed at a central portion of a surface of the substrate (110); a buffer layer (130) covering the light blocking layer (120); a low-temperature polysilicon layer (140) disposed on the buffer layer (130) and corresponding to the light blocking layer (120); an insulation layer (150) covering the low-temperature polysilicon layer (140) and provided with a through hole (151) therein, wherein the width of the through hole (151) is smaller than the width of the light blocking layer (120); and a metal layer (160) disposed on the insulation layer (150) and connected to the low-temperature polysilicon layer (140) via the through hole (151). The thin film transistor array substrate (100) and liquid crystal display panel (10) have a higher aperture ratio.
