Abstract:
A thin film transistor array substrate and a preparation method therefor, and a liquid crystal display panel. The array substrate comprises an array substrate base (1), a thin film transistor array layer (2) arranged on the array substrate base (1), a colour filter layer (3) arranged on the thin film transistor array layer (2) and the array substrate base (1), a pixel electrode passivation layer (4) arranged on the colour filter layer (3), and a pixel electrode (5) arranged on the pixel electrode passivation layer (4), wherein the pixel electrode (5) is connected to the thin film transistor array layer (2) through a via hole (46), and a surface of the colour filter layer (3) is provided with a patterned depressed microstructure (31). On the premise of not increasing the manufacturing cost, a photomask formed with the via hole (46) is used to form the patterned depressed microstructure (31) on the surface of the colour filter layer (3), so that volatile matters generated during a colour resist manufacturing process and a follow-up pixel electrode passivation layer (4) high-temperature process are completely released, thereby avoiding gas residues to eliminate the possibility that bubbles appear on products later, and improving the product quality.
