Abstract:
Disclosed are a thin film transistor array substrate and a display panel. The thin-film transistor array substrate comprises a substrate, a thin-film transistor, a scan line, a data line, and a pixel electrode. The thin-film transistor comprises a semiconductor component, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. The source electrode and the drain electrode respectively are provided with first and second extension parts. The first and second extension parts are used for blocking a light shone towards an electron migration channel of the thin-film transistor. The present invention prevents an outside light from being shone to the electron migration channel.
