Abstract:
Provided are a thin film transistor, a GOA circuit, a display substrate and a display device. The thin film transistor comprises a first electrode (310), a second electrode (320) and a third electrode (330). The first electrode (310) and the second electrode (320) are disposed in the same layer and are insulated from each other. The third electrode (330) is disposed under the first electrode (310) and the second electrode (320) and is insulated from the first electrode (310) and the second electrode (320). The first electrode (310) comprises at least one first conductive portion (311), and the second electrode (320) comprises a plurality of second conductive portions (321), each of the second conductive portions (321) being disposed adjacent to each of the first conductive portions (311). The third electrode (330) is provided with an opening portion (332) that at least partially overlaps with the first conductive portion (311) or the second conductive portions (321). When a short circuit occurs in the first or second conductive portion (311, 321) to cause a defective channel, the first or second conductive portion (311, 321) is cut off at the place where the first or second conductive portion (311, 321) overlaps with the opening portion (332), so as to repair the defective channel. The repair has no effect on the third electrode (330).
