Abstract:
A thin film transistor and a method for producing the same, an array baseplate, and a display device are provided. The method includes: forming a plurality of processing regions along a first direction on a substrate(02), where any two adjacent processing regions have different hydrophilicities and the first direction is parallel with the transmission direction of carriers in the thin film transistor; forming an active layer on the substrate to cover at least part of a junctional region between two adjacent processing regions.
