Abstract:
A thin film transistor and a preparation method therefor, a display panel, and a display device. The thin film transistor comprises: a substrate (1); an active layer (5) located on the substrate (1); and a light shielding layer (2), a first dielectric layer (3), and a second dielectric layer (4) which are located between the substrate (1) and the active layer (5), wherein the first dielectric layer (3) is located between the second dielectric layer (4) and the substrate (1), and the refractive index of the first dielectric layer (3) is greater than that of the second dielectric layer (4).
