Abstract:
A thin R-T-B alloy containing dendritic crystals that include an R2T14B phase is provided. On at least one surface of the thin R-T-B alloy, the average width of the dendritic crystals is 60 µm or less, and the number of crystal nuclei of the dendritic crystals is 500 or greater per 1 mm2.
