Abstract:
A plated steel plate, etc., is provided which has a tensile strength of greater than or equal to 590 MPa and which has excellent stretch flangeability. This thin steel plate is characterized by having a specific component composition, and in that the ferrite phase area ratio is 80-98%, the martensite phase area ratio is 2-15%, the average thickness of the ferrite particles in the plate thickness direction is 3.0 μm or less, the average particle diameter of the martensite phase is 2.0 μm or less, the average particle diameter of carbides containing Nb precipitated in the ferrite particles is less than or equal to 8 nm, and the tensile strength is greater than or equal to 590 MPa.
