Abstract:
Disclosed are a novel polymer having a high solubility and an excellent processability, which is appropriate for electrically conductive materials, a novel compound represented by general formula (1) which is a starting material of said polymer, and a method for producing the compound. In formula (1), R1 represents an optionally substituted C1-20 hydrocarbon group; R2 and R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted C1-20 hydrocarbon group; and R4 and R5 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-20 hydrocarbon group or an optionally substituted heteroaromatic ring group.
