Abstract:
A thread rolling machine having a vertical adjusting frame and a thread rolling method, the machine comprising: a machine body (2) provided with a sliding thread rolling plate (1), wherein the machine body (2) is provided thereon with a rolling plate frame (3) fixed by means of a bolt; the rolling plate frame (3) is provided thereon with a vertical groove perpendicular to a thread rolling direction; the vertical grove is connected by means of a locking bolt (4) to a vertical adjusting frame (5) which has a vertical wedge (501) that matches the vertical groove; the vertical adjusting frame (5) is provided thereon with a transverse groove (502); and the transverse groove (502) is connected to a fixed thread rolling plate (7) by means of a locking bolt (6). The vertical adjusting frame (5) is added between the fixed thread rolling plate (7) and the rolling plate frame (3), so that the fixed thread rolling plate (7) may move up and down and left and right for adjustment and is fixed by means of the locking bolts (4, 6); and an adjusting bolt may be provided for fine adjustment of the displacement, so that the alignment process of the whole thread rolling plate is easy and fast, thereby greatly reducing the assistance time, and improving the production efficiency. Using the vertical adjusting frame (5) may fully realize automatic alignment adjustment. Meanwhile, a pressure sensor is provided for acquiring pressure data in the thread rolling process to serve as an important basis for rolling quality control.
