Abstract:
Designed by the present invention is a thread rolling machine, comprising a machine table, a blanking mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a thread rolling mechanism. The blanking mechanism comprises a blanking bin located above the machine table; the left and right sides of the blanking bin are inclined plates, and a discharge port at the bottom part of the blanking bin has the same diameter as a blank. The discharge port of the blanking mechanism is specifically composed of two right-angle baffles. The top part of each baffle is an outward horizontal plate, and the bottom part of the blanking bin is a double-layer hollow structure. The top part of each baffle is inserted into the inner layer of the bottom part of the blanking bin. The present invention adjusts the distance between the two baffles at the discharge port to then adapt to blanks of different diameters, and completes automatic blanking. The feeding mechanism is provided at the place of discharge of the discharge port, and the feeding mechanism is specifically an inclined feeding track. The inclined feeding track sends the blank to the thread rolling mechanism. Multiple sets of guide pieces are provided in the inclined feeding track to make the blank move on a fixed track. The inclined feeding track is relatively stable, and the guide pieces provided at the inner part thereof may prevent the blank from sliding out, so that the blank may be accurately sent to a processing place when sent to the thread rolling mechanism.
