Abstract:
A threaded glass fiber connector for a heat insulating wall, comprising a rod body (1); the outer periphery of the rod body (1) is provided with a threaded structure (2) formed by alkali-free untwisted glass fiber direct roving wound by a steel wire rope; one end of the rod body (1) has a cone structure, and the outer periphery of the other end is fitted with a stopper. A manufacturing process for a threaded glass fiber connector for a heat insulating wall, a rod body (1) and a stopper being successively processed, and the rod body (1) being manufactured by winding alkali-free untwisted glass fiber direct roving around the rod body and performing pultrusion on same using a steel wire rope. A heat insulating wall, comprising a connector. A manufacturing process for a heat insulating wall, successively arranging an inner side wall plate (7), a heat insulating plate (6), and an outer side wall plate (5). The heat insulating wall using said connector has improved stability and firmness, and the process for manufacturing the heat insulating wall is simple.
