Abstract:
A threaded hole detecting method, comprising: acquiring a tapping image of a hardware stamping member and converting the tapping image into a gray scale picture (101); extracting a positioning region of the threaded hole in the tapping image by using a fixed threshold, a contour extracting algorithm, and a minimum circumscribed rectangle algorithm (102); then calculating an inner circle center position and an inner circle radius of the positioning region by using a minimum circumscribed circle algorithm, and calculating a difference between the inner circle radius and the inner circle radius of the threaded hole region of a standard hardware stamping member (103); and finally, analyzing according to the relationship between the difference and a preset difference to determine whether a tapping defect exists in the hardware stamping member, and outputting a signal that the hardware stamping member is a defective product (104), thereby detecting a defective product in hardware stamping members. The method is used for detecting a tapping defect and thus improves the accuracy of threaded hole detection. In addition, only a tapping image of a hardware stamping member is needed to be obtained, and the specification of the hardware stamping member does not affect the use of the method.
