Abstract:
Disclosed is a threaded joint preventing self-rotation in a loosening direction, comprising an internally threaded component (4), an externally threaded component (5) and a washer (1). A through hole is provided in the center of the washer (1) for the screw rod of the externally threaded component (5) to pass therethrough. A concave surface (2) or a convex surface (9) is disposed on the top of the washer (1). Convex teeth (3) are disposed on the bottom of the washer (1). When the internally threaded component (4), the externally threaded component (5) and the washer (1) are mounted and tightened on a workpiece (7), the concave surface (2) or the convex surface (9) contacts an end face of the internally threaded component (4) or an end face of the externally threaded component (5) with no lateral space therebetween. The convex teeth (3) pierce the surface of the workpiece (7) to form a laterally locked structure between the washer (1) and the workpiece (7). The structure formed between the concave surface (2) or the convex surface (9) and the end face of the internally threaded component (4) or the end face of the externally threaded component (5) is not self-locking in a longitudinal direction.
