Abstract:
A threaded tooth sleeve mounting device (100), which is used for mounting a threaded tooth sleeve (200) within a processing hole; the threaded tooth sleeve (200) comprises a main body (201) and a hook (202) that is disposed at one end of the main body (201), while the threaded tooth sleeve mounting device (100) comprises a rod body (10) and a mounting part (30) that is disposed at one end of the rod body (10); a thread (11) is provided on a circumferential wall of the rod body (10), and a first inclined plane (21) is provided at an end of the rod body (10) that is far from the mounting part (30), the included angle between the first inclined plane (21) and the central axis of the rod body (10) being an acute angle; a tail end of the thread (11) forms an opening (112) on the first inclined plane (21) so as to help guide the threaded tooth sleeve (200); the first inclined plane (21) is used for stopping the hook (202) so as to cooperate with the thread (11) to clampingly fix the threaded tooth sleeve (200); the mounting part (30) is used for being mounted onto a rotating drive component so as to drive the rod body (10) to rotate, the rod body (10) rotating so as to mount the threaded tooth sleeve (200) in the processing hole, and the rod body (10) rotating in reverse so as to withdraw from the threaded tooth sleeve (200); the threaded tooth sleeve mounting device (100) may automatically mount the threaded tooth sleeve (200) in the processing hole.
