Abstract:
This three-component simultaneous analysis device is a device for detecting three components, comprising methane gas, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide, contained in atmospheric gas, which is an assay sample. The three-component simultaneous analysis device includes: a first gas flow passage (A); a second gas flow passage (B) and a third gas flow passage (C) located downstream of the first gas flow passage (A); and a switching valve (400) which is located between the first gas flow passage (A) and the second gas flow passage (B) and between the first gas flow passage (A) and the third gas flow passage (C), and which is used to switch between a first state in which the first gas flow passage (A) and the second gas flow passage (B) communicate with one another, and a second state in which the first gas flow passage (A) and the third gas flow passage (C) communicate with one another. The first gas flow passage (A) includes a first column (60) disposed in order to obtain a first gas phase including methane gas, and a second gas phase including carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide. The second gas flow passage (B) includes a hydrogen flame ionization detector (100). The third gas flow passage (C) includes: a second column (70) comprising a packed column; a third column (80) which is downstream of the second column (70), comprises a capillary column or a stainless steel column, and is disposed in order to obtain a third gas phase including carbon dioxide and a fourth gas phase including nitrous oxide; a thermal conductivity detector (200); and an electron capture detector (300).
