Abstract:
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional alignment culture method of cells, which is a method for culturing cells by aligning the cells in three dimensions, comprising the steps of: preparing bio-ink by mixing cells with a hydrogel; outputting the bio-ink while moving a nozzle of an ejection device to form a printout having a pattern of which at least a part is parallel; curing the printout; and culturing the cured printout. The present invention has an advantage of the texture of tissue formed by the cells, for example the texture unique to muscle tissue, being able to be simulated or reproduced since the cells can be cultured to a high density in a state in which the cells are aligned three-dimensionally according to the parallel pattern.
