Abstract:
The present invention relates to a three-dimensional cell culture system comprising a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-based hydrogel, wherein the PEG-based hydrogel is prepared by mixing an adhesion peptide and a crosslinker to polyethylene glycol-vinylsulfone (PEG-VS) that is a PEG to which vinylsulfone is bonded. The system can cultivate dermal fibroblasts, melanocytes or keratinocytes, which are skin cells, and thus can be effectively used to measure the activity of skin cells.
